The Dip

1 can refried beans (with or without the lard; it's your karma)

Envelope of taco seasoning

Canned tomatoes

1 container plain yogurt

1 avocado

Lemon juice

Jar of salsa

Lettuce

Fresh tomato

Cheddar cheese

Very small can of sliced black olives

Shovel the beans into a pan. Warm and mix in the canned tomatoes, cut up quite small, and their juice. Anything from a small can of tomato juice to the entire can of tomatoes will do. Mix in the taco seasoning. Turn off and let it cool.

Peel the avocado and cut up the meat of it into a bowl. Mix with the container of plain yogurt and a teaspoon or so of lemon juice. If fresh avocadoes are absolutely unavailable or hard as a rock, get guacamole or avocado dip.

Chop the lettuce very fine. Ditto the tomato, in a separate bowl. Grate the cheese.

In a really huge cookie pan with a rim around it, spread the bean stuff. Let it finish cooling before you add the next layer, the yogurt. Smooth around neatly, not mixing it all up. Next open the salsa and use it all to make the next layer.

On top of that sprinkle the lettuce. Then comes the layer of grated cheese, then the fresh tomato, then the olives.

Use about 3 bags of taco chips to dig in and eat it until you die of it. Happy.
